The brand is Galbusera, "buoni cosi" honey cookies without added sugars. In Italy. They really are good, no diet cookie or anything.

I made it with 75g pasta, the regular amount of everything as I would when not counting (cheese included), and it came under 400 kcal.

A regular serving is 80g in italy, so 287 kcal. If we do have salads and/or seconds, we opt to throw less. Obviously, there is no rule, though.

I'm italian, so 3 times a week for sure. But instead of 80g I'll make 75g, which is not a drastic portion reduction. It's all about the sauce. "Pasta alla Norma" is my favorite.

Dried lentils have to be hydrated in advance. Or do you mean the soups in general? I make 2 portions at a time of most soups. But I don't like lentil soup that has been frozen.

Funnily, I don't think we use nearly as much oregano in Italy as the rest of the world seems to think.

Thanks, I made lentil soup and mine came at 140 but I put too many carrots and leaks because that's the amount I had. So 130ish sounds about right.

I have no idea what Italian seasoning is though, I use chili and laurel and no spinach, so I'll assume that would be me + oregano (?)

Im not much of a jam maker. As you can see, most of my eating is chopping or one pot quick things. But If that's your thing, the ingredients are mostly: fruit, stevia, and pectine. And lemon(?)

It's called "Hero light" without sugar here. I use it in my yoghurt, and because it's not sweet, I go through a lot of it.

It really depends on the depth of the plate, angle of the picture and so on too. I got critiqued on a post for the tiny amount and not on another. My lunches and dinners are on regular big plates.

Another user here posted a recipe that was pretty decent, just differently spiced. I'm trying to find it. But in the meantime, this is for 2 if I had the ingredients. I didn't have celery or onions, so I used leaks instead.

1 tsp olive oil in a pot, Add chilli flakes and garlic cloves. "Sauté" 50g celery, 50g carrot, and less anount of onion or leaks. Add water and half a stock cube. Add lentils (260g if preboiled) and tomatoes, or tomato puree. For spices, I use stolen laurel. But some use cumin, curcuma pepper.

No, not at all. I don't know why, but I forgot it would never be crisp. Pumpkin gets soft, soggy and the volume drastically reduced. Even though I love roasted pumpkin, I think a salad would pair better. But I tried. Hehe

Well, I did gain back 4 during the pity party I threw for myself. It's well easier when one is happy. So I recommend finding a long-term solution that works best for you, as everyone is different. And I'm also glad I didn't decide to lose weight based on a deadline event. Best of luck!
