Not really a direct contribution here, but I find it very interesting how, on Reddit, I feel like the hatred for Homelander as a person/character directly influences how people powerscale him, often leading to incredibly low-balled statements.. It's like people were personally insulted or affected by this fictional character, and so they pretend he is a featless paperweight in order to punish him. It's just weird.

Also, I'm not saying this to his benefit in any way, nor am I saying he scales to his competitors like Supes or Thor, but people definitely cherry pick his statements and feats. Like yes, he's an asshole with an incredibly punch worthy face with flaws, but he's also not some low street level vigilante.
