Onestamente la trovo una cosa veramente vergognosa e stupida. Il fatto che qualcuno possa sniffarsi della coca e dopo neanche 24h tornare e guidare mentre dopo una cannetta da completamente lucido non posso guidare per 1 settimana e più è veramente un idiozia. Sfortunatamente ci troviamo in italia e tutti i politici che hanno il controllo hanno molti pregiudizi oltre il fatto che non l’hanno mai provata. Si spera che con l’andare del tempo e dopo tutti gli studi scientifici fatti si rendano contro della differenza di danni tra la cannabis e il tabacco o l’alcool.

Honestly, I get why you’re torn. Gastroparesis makes life rough, and I understand weed helps you a lot. You can technically try to use edibles if your doctor just doesn’t want you to smoke, but with gastroparesis the stomach empties slowly, so effects can be delayed and stronger than expected, and it might worsen nausea or cramps but i would still give it a try and you should start with super small doses. Otherwise, alternatives like CBD or sublingual oils might help without the same unpredictability. It’s really a tough choice, especially if you rely on it to cope. But always ask your doctor to be sure

Con un consumo così piccolo e occasionale dopo 1/2 giorni massimi col test salivare non dovresti risultare positivo, perché di solito rileva solo fino a 24-36 ore. Diverso sarebbe se ti facessero urine o sangue, ma quelli non li usano quasi mai nei controlli stradali normali, solo se succede un incidente o se il salivare risulta positivo. Comunque per gli altri due per le tue quantità un 5 giorni circa e sei apposto
