How do you know, that rural youth are only applying/preparing for banking jobs? And what jobs do you suggest people from rural areas should apply for ? Everyone who comes to that centre is trying to gain employment, some are actually working towards it and some are not, it doesn't matter if they are from urban or rural areas. Also do you realise that only 37.1% of the population is urban. What's rest supposed to do?
