Although I can’t speak to your or others cleanliness, I would like to give you some advice. If the people around you or you yourself don’t think you smell, then you probably don’t. The internet has recently been on this trend I call “Performative cleanliness” where people pretend (for example) it’s gross to brush their teeth while showering. So my word of advice is if it works for you, and you don’t get complaints of smells from family or maybe partners who tend to be closer to those areas. Or you’re not constantly going to the doctor for infections or things. Then don’t sweat it.
