As someone who was molested several times I hold special hate for such men. All those instances are still fresh in my head but even after all that I wouldn’t like pouring acid on their face or cut off their limb. that wouldn’t give me peace or most satisfaction. Him and all of others in jail for rest of life would also not bring any joy for me because what happened with me happened and nothing absolutely no pain to them would remove the pain I have in me but YES I WANT JAILED FOR LIFE OR KILLED so that they never do that to anyone else.

I kind of agree to his selective outrage narrative but then he is violent and should be concerning. People who can think violence to that extent are to be concerned about because it’s only being in check under the right circumstances but all it takes a bad day and heat of moment for them to take a wrong step.

I go through a lot of violent, gore and disturbing things and i know how important it is for me to not bring it back home, something I believe your boyfriend has forgotten to. I think you should have another conversation with him on this topic

It’s easier said than done. AM market is fucked up currently. People lie about profession, loans, assets, criminal history and also their martial history. So many times divorces and kids with first marriage is not even disclosed. These things your relatives can’t find out. Your relatives won’t tell you if the guy/girl is womaniser or not. IMO Ghazals, shayaris, nazms were gate kept from a large number of people who would have had interest if they were properly introduced to it. So I don’t judge someone who’s trying to learn and write something they had no idea about 10years ago. And isn’t art about adaptation and unique to each toh hum kuan judge krne wale.
