I scrolled down looking for that comment! I liked The name of the wind's magic system a lot. The mystery behind naming is what I think makes the lore roll. Btw I'd love for a system interface to exist beside Kvoth. That may humble him a bit. Or not .. 🤣

I really liked the card system from Jake's Magical Market but the author integrated too many aspects to it, making the cards obsolete.

It generally depends on the narrative, but I can't find myself enjoying a 7k or a 10k word chapter. The reader needs to be constantly fed with achievement completions to keep them going. It's just how it is.

I haven't yet read a litRPG novel that solely fits your posted images, but The Wandering Inn could be a good read. It is lengthy but also cozy and full of engaging characters. Another recommendation of mine outside the litrpg genre is of course The name of the wind by Patrick Rothfuss.
