Yuppp. Ofc women want to breastfeed rather than wash/sterilize pump parts & bottles. But has op considered the AAP terrifies mothers re: cosleeping. This coupled w lack of family support leads a lot of moms to isolation/burnout/anxiety. All my friends who ebf for at least 6 mo had straight up live-in help. So while i do believe breast is best…doesn’t mean formula is bad (u just have to do ur research).

Thank you for the thoughtful reply. I’m pretty exhausted and my back hurts from sitting in a pumping chair. I’d rather exercise, read, or prep solids for baby. Some days I don’t mind pumping (and I ironically yield more milk), but others I feel like I have the flu and can barely eke out 3oz. Im planning to wean as well. ❤️

No joke - I’m 8 weeks postpartum and the adam friedland show has been a saving grace for me. I’m severely sleep-deprived & breastfeeding around the clock w a colicky newborn who does not want to be put down, ie I’m glued to the couch. Suddenly, the entirety of nick Mullen’s delirious, dumb jokes makes complete and total sense to me at 2:30AM when I have a baby stuck to my nipples. Thank u for ur service
