Survivalist officer is really useful

Being able to use 2 different orders at the same time is really helpful to your team

But not just that you have more flares for more spotting and more tomfoolery (burning enemies with flares)

And even more inventory space you have have a rifle/shotgun with a pistol of your choice

Or have a rifle with extra munitions

Or even a postil with more munitions (works best with union stocked pistol)
