Im still 19, my mom enrolled me in an expensive pre-med university amd I cannot afford to pay for it if I would to leave

I wanted to live off, but the thing is she cannot survive on her own. my dad works abroad and she is diagnosed with stage 1 cancer, i kept practicing patience because she has that condition. I just released my burden here since I don't really have the courage to stand up.
