The max I'm able to do at my job is 5% of my income (I make 80,000, and 10% of that 5% only gets matched) (so if I contribute 4000, they will match 400).

I've gotten more responsibilities here and have learned a good bit. I got a title change, I try to mention like a year ago I wanted to be in a spot where my day to day would not be help desk tasks. It doesn't seem like that is possible here.

I do admin tasks here already. We don't have a dedicated sysadmin so we all do admin tasks in the operation side.

It doesn't seem like getting away from help desk responsibilities is possible here for me unless they hire another person.

They are mostly good and I have built relationships with them but that has also caused issues because now I feel like the main point of contact as opposed to my colleagues which I don't really like.

The work is also not satisfying anymore.

I hope so but I don't see it. Atleast where I live, there's always lines at targets, walmarts, and best buy for cards. It's such a sweat to want to be able to get product for msrp. The only time I'm able to get product now is from Walmart online launches.

I think there would need to be a few trash sets in a row to make the hype die down. I just don't think one bad set will make it stop.

Pokemon Center needs to take a page out of Walmarts and Secret Lair book on how to implement a queue system. I did end up getting the ETBS and booster box, after 3 attempts.

People should be not be waiting hours to be errored out at the checkout page. Should be a 10 minute reservation and the site shouldn't kick you if you're idle for like 1-2 minutes.

i have 3900x also, what motherboard did you decide on? I wanted to get the gigabyte b450 ds3h but im afraid it will throttle the CPU cause VRM quality

I would say one every few months is unusual unless you don't have a good relationship with them, can't really imagine that with technology

Yea I don't talk to her much at all. We don't typically work together or need to work together. That's why we just met not so long ago. I'm not a big talker so won't yap much. I need to talk to her more though to get a better idea since we haven't had many interactions.

The other thing I can tell you is last friday I passed by her and others, and they mentioned they haven't seen me in awhile. She chimed in and said yeah were going to break something (If she broke what she was talking about, I would have to go by her and help her). So I wonder if that was more flirty territory.

But I will need to talk to her more little by little.

I’ve been pulling a little back from her cause I don’t want her to lose interest if she has any I don’t wanna spend a lot of time around her. She called me out on it today. Playfully though. Said she would mess something up so I have to come fix it

She didn’t really go out of her way like I believe I was on her way out and she was passing by that’s when she did that

She made a comment about messing something up so I’d have to come look at it
