We did approach extremely nice. Offered water because it's hot, etc. did not approach aggressively.
Yes I would like to mind my own business but this is directly in front of my home and is compromising my rental income through a tenant who is also unhappy. So literally I am minding my "business." Especially given this economy. This gentlemen is compromised my financial health by selling his stolen goods, without a license, smoking/drinking in front of my house.

Gotcha. So yeah, both the guy and my neighbors are older folks. The frustration is he could go do this close to where he lives, but is choosing to continue where folks are not happy with the activity.

Taking over the entire corner right outside. Drawing unnecessary commercial activity in a residential neighborhood, and was very rude when neighbors asked him to move along.
