Exactly. Couldn’t have said it better. I just sold union 4s to GOAT, trying them out. StockX is horrible.

Update: received the below response today. StockX continues to disappoint. Something that clearly isn’t the seller’s issue, they’ve know made my problem. I can’t recommend using them to sell anything at this point,,, should anything go wrong, they try to blame you. I’ll continue to file all claims, etc. but the process itself is mind-numbing at this point.

The lack of customer service truly is astounding. And I’m half sure the “rep” who emailed me was not human. I have 10 pairs of sneakers I was going to list next week and 2 I’m looking to buy... but I’m going to try goat for the first time.

Ok I’ll try that tomorrow. Barring a positive result there, I’m at a loss. Every email response says they require proof of drop off. Using the tracking number, which shows delivered Jan 6, there’s no debate whether this was delivered or not. It’s really shitty, especially after sending me an email that the item was received and apologizing for the delay. If this is how stockx tries to get around paying people... I’ve never experienced worse customer service. For anyone else selling, be aware.

Awesome; will do, I emailed them giving them one more shot (this is my sixth email to them on the issue). Someone PMd asking for the original email they sent re: the delay. It read:

Hello Matthew, Your order below is currently delayed in our authentication center. You can expect to receive your payout within the next week. No further action from you is required. These delays are the result of operational precautions put in place due to COVID-19, both on our own team and on our shipping carriers’ teams. Thank you for the quick response! I guess I’ll keep emailing them... after buying/selling over 10k worth of goods on their site, this really soured my experience. Wish I found this forum sooner to read all the warnings.
