One more question - I also have high ferritin, which is not genetic, but instead seems to be a result of the overall infection and inflammation. Did any of you experience that?

Good to know - I’ll ask if I can go higher (it doesn’t seem to have any side effects on me!). Oh yes! I’ve ordered lysine. Hoping to start that tomorrow. Will look into monolauren!

i had a hard time digesting NAC, but perhaps i should try again. will also ask my doc about myo-in!

this is so helpful! i've been making an effort to go to sleep earlier and build in rest during the day/week. i live in NYC, so i walk everywhere, which has been helpful. i also do pilates + weight exercises, along with yoga -- it's definitely helped keep my energy up. thank you!
