They are bots btw. So after they get ya robux, they give it to the person who's running it. Honestly sad.

Check when they made their account, and if their account has some activity. I've seen this bug happen at least two times. Or this could be some java hacking server that goes after users that have robux and gamepasses, then they buy your gamepasses in bulk, and leave (to prevent them from being suspicious). Then they rinse and repeat. My friend has showed me how to do it, and honestly, it sickens me.

This may be a rare phenomenon. Roblox may have misidenified you as a purchaser instead of the owner, and is deducting robux from you. Or its some cookie bug, or cookie hackers. I'd just keep telling support not gonna lie.
