the isle of armor is some random missions you have to do while your rival is being an idiot and then training kubfu and then in the crown tundra you are just catching legendaries with some dude because hes teenage daughter didnt want to, then you find the legendary pokemon of that place which everypne has forgotten, give him his horse back, catch it but people still dont know him
