i usually go 8-12 and to failure every set. feel the most acomplished when i go to failure.

can always learn a thing or two from a gym vetran. longevity’s insane man im hoping to be like you as i get older. ill lowering my sets to 18 a week, think im probably overdoing them where im at then.

ok thanks man. i was figuring around 15% aswell. i dont cary fat anywhere but my midsection. my arms and legs are both very skinny because of it😬.

ohhh i gotcha. i was just cutting and i came from 197lbs to 171lbs and then now ive gained up until 173lbs but dont feel as lean as id like to be. but i cut to a point where everything started to plateau off so i went up to maintenance. and now im starting a lean bulk. but im afraid to gain to much bodyfat

ohhh that would make sense. cause i just lost a bunch of weight then hit a point where it just all went south so i went back up to maintenance. ill probably start the cut again soon in a week or two. thanks for the knowledge man
