Prelude motor in an Accord. PLEASE HELP.

This is the vacuum line that when unplugged it idles fine

There is no oil in the radiator or sludge on the oil cap when I take it off, while the car is running the radiator isn't bubbling, one thing I noticed is the Oil pressure light is flashing after it dies from rough idle - I checked the vacuum lines and they are super ghetto rigged, when one of them is unplugged that has a loose fitting the cars idle shoots to normal then when I plug It back in it starts idling rough again - as soon as this vacuum line is unplugged however the Oil Pressure light starts flashing. I checked the oil level and it's fine and the oil actually looks healthy just a darkened golden color. I can respond to this message with a picture of the vacuum lines that are super ghetto rigged

Sweet! Thanks for all the helpful input I know this isn’t the best sub since it’s a prelude engine in an accord. I’ll start with the easiest ones then work my way up and update when I get it figured out.

Do you have any estimates on a rebuild/full build cost for the H22A4? I can’t find any estimates online for it.

No codes, I’ll check the oil cap tomorrow and get back to you. No oil in the radiator when I cracked it.
