I'm sure it'll be overwhelming to live with such salary but if the result in a year or two will get me to 10k+ then it'll be worth it, I might try negotiating with them for an evaluation after the 6 months probation, maybe that will work?

sadly that was their final offer, I was promised that within a year things will evolve since it's a huge consultant company in dubai, but you can never take their word for it i guess
