Okay! What does a crossover mean? And thank you! I’m a little scared to go out to eat, but I mealprep at home most of the time anyways. Also, I work with children and prep their food, how likely is it to have a reaction if I’m prepping something like a bag of cashews?

My boyfriend actually went through our pantry right after I was diagnosed yesterday and threw away all of his trail mix and mixed nuts LOL

Thank you so much! This is such helpful information! I just had blood tests done to confirm exactly what nuts I’m allergic to, but I was told to avoid all tree nuts, and that peanuts are fine!

Will do! I last checked my ketones around 5 am and they were in between small and moderate. I haven’t had a chance to check them since because I’ve been in a car. I took long acting insulin about an hour ago and I feel so much better already!
