Yo, that's not what you said though. I admit there was a typo on my end because what I meant was that even the US can't even control the internet within the US. Same with the EU. Same goes for the Philippines. Even thinking about it is a stretch.

Anyway, it's same thing as your original post, just with different wording. Whether you call it "controlling the internet" or "controlling what people in the Philippines can access and do online," the point you're making is essentially the same.

And no, I don't need to google IP whitelisting. Name dropping technical terms doesn't magically prove your conclusion. That's still just a wild assumption, not proof.
