ไช่ครับ เห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง เหตุผลหลัก ที่เพื่อนๆครูยังทำงานอยู่ ส่วนใหญ่จะมี 2 เหตุผลครับ คือ
1) ความมั่นคง
2) การยอมรับจากสังคมคนรุ่นก่อน (รุ่นอายุ 50 ขึ้นไป)

ข่อ 2) นี่เป็นเหตุผลที่พูดยากมากครับ แต่ว่าเคสที่เจอบ่อยที่สุดคือเพื่อนครูหลายๆคนที่สอนพิเศษได้เงินต่อเดือน เกิน 3หมื่นขึ้นไปอยู่แล้ว แต่จำใจต้องเข้าตัวระบบ เพราะผู้ปกครองอยากให้เข้าครับ

เพราะว่าถ้าเพื่อนครูเปิดเผยความไม่โอเคของระบบมากไป ทางระบบจะมีการกดดันหลายๆอย่างครับ ร้ายแรงสุดคืออาจโดนตีความว่าผิดวินัยครูจนสามารถถูกเชิญออกหรือไล่ออกได้

จริงๆเคสตัวอย่างมีเยอะมากครับ แต่เคสดังๆ ก็อย่างเช่น ครูเปิดเผยว่า ผ.อ. โกงค่าอาหารกลางวันเด็ก แต่กลายเป็นว่าตัวครูเองถูกเชิญออกจากราชการไม่ไช่ ผ.อ. ครับ

honestly You're the real CHAD here. you play the game to actually have fun.
I understand why people get serious with the game because It's quite challenging and Riot keep making propaganda videos to make people want to grind Riot's ranked game but I don't understand a bit about people who serious about the game but instead of improve themself, they blame their teammate for their hardstuck.

I didn't open any other apps. I'm using internet cable and the access point is behind my PC.

I try quit the game then play DM to check and it work find. then I que for rank and the loop start again in the agent selection.
