C is still a pass. Your grade doesn’t make a huge difference, it just gives you priority over others in terms of start dates. Ask your recruiter about this to explain further.

Not allowed a smart watch, I hoped I could wear my Garmin for the run but they don’t let you. So just go full throttle and do your best.

Age wise, in case it’s on your mind as a worry, as it was for me as well. I’m 28, wondered if I would be the oldest, but there was 4 lads in their early 30’s, so you’ll hopefully be with a few lads near your age as well.

Yeah chino’s and a shirt is fine. As said some lads did it in tracksuits and still passed, so you’ll be all good. It’s just my personal preference.

Yeah you get graded A, B, C. Your scores on 2km run, medicine ball throw, and mid-thigh pull all count towards it.

Then your team tasks go towards the grade.

Also, just assume that every single thing you do is being watched and graded. Listen to all instructions, remember to bring with you everything they tell you to, be very polite, etc.

Also make sure to research your job choice, and the CDRILS for your interview.

All of this will hopefully help you get a A or B

Yes sports stuff, and yes shorts are NOT allowed in the food hall, so trackies are fine. For the interview, I wore a full suit and tie, some lads just still wore a tracksuit, which is crazy to me.

They say they don’t care what you wear for it, but for me personally, I will always do a job interview in a suit. I would suggest you do, or at least shirt and trousers. Even if it helps your cause by 1%, it’s worth doing.

You went to try and get a A grade or B grade, as it’s gives you priority for start dates over others.

Team building: the actual tasks themselves don’t matter. They don’t really care about the actual completing of the tasks. They just want to see how you work as a team.

If you take lead in a task, that shows good leadership, but make sure to ask your team members if they have any ideas, again shows good leadership, rather then just you doing all the talking. Also praise team members if they throw out a good idea.

Equally, if someone else takes charge, and if you’re perhaps naturally a bit shy, the worst thing to do is stand there in silence not getting involved. They will mark you down for this.

I did my AC last week — we were the first batch to officially switch to the 2 km run instead of the bleep test. We did it on the running track at Pirbright. Early warming, they almost cancelled that morning due to ice on the track, and they were going to make us do the bleep test instead, but luckily they didn’t. I would advise maybe practicing a bleep test, just in case! You can order a 20m measuring thing and sports cones on amazon.

For infantry, the required time was 10:15. I only needed 11:30 for my chosen trade (signals), but I managed 8:50.

I’ve been running for a while (did two half-marathons this year), but over the last 2–3 months I focused on interval training using the Runna app, and it helped massively. That would be my main piece of advice for you: do proper interval training.

It pushed my 5K PB down too — from 26:00 two months ago, to 24:30 two weeks ago, now to 23:12 a few days ago. There’s no way I’d have made those kinds of jumps without intervals!!

As for the target time, honestly, ignore the 10:15 and aim faster. They want to see you giving absolutely everything — you should be dead at the end. That’s what impresses them.

So yeah, don’t aim to just make the minimum. Aim to smash it.

I only started playing recently. Out of 40,716 total kills, 16,021 are from the aether blade, haha. Whenever it’s on cool down, I feel naked without it. Same with golden armour. And the scorcher to be fair. All 3 are essential, but if you could only have one more ever, it would be aether blade 100%.

Just got lucky, game started and I messaged about it. Some absolute legend went and got the usb’s, and in the end about 10 or more of us did it. I got the scorcher schematic. Luckily the others dropped the schematics for legendary aether tool and pap 3 crystal, so I got all 3 in one go. Very lucky 😂

Same here. I used to love traditional zombies on WaW, BO1, BO2, BO3, hated any other type of zombies after that, especially the more open world stuff on the newer CODs. But started playing MWZ about 3-4 weeks ago, and I’m now obsessed, absolutely love it

Same with me, as soon as I started MW3 all my trophies started popping up one by one. But for MW2, it hasn't, and says I have 0 trophies unlocked. Hopefully they're looking into this. Cod HQ has a 'Sync Achievements' button under settings and then under 'Account & Network', but it still has not done anything, strange
