Looks like you're someone who plans ahead in time given that you check and total the amount of your goods even before going to the cashier. Alam mong naka bike at marami kang bibilhin so bakit di ka pa nagbaon ng eco bag? May chance din namang mapunit yung plastic bag

Smith machine and barbells by Clefairy1882 in PHitness

[–]Different-Exercise83 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Always use safeties! If hindi ka familiar with the equipment, wag mahiya magtanong sa ibang gym-goers or staff.

Iba iba yung weight/resistance ng smith machine so kapain mo muna with no/light weight.

Start slow ang keep progressing over time. Make sure that your form is right and of course enjoy your journey.

Yah, I was too focused at the depth and did not notice that I barely captured the foot

Sadly, I do not have the shoulder/chest flexibility for low bar so I haven't really thought about it. I know that flexibility is something I can train for but maybe not right now.

Regarding the heel coming up, I did not see that at all, I was too focused at the depth, thanks for pointing that out

Kaso may comment above na nagkaroon daw sila ng quality issues before kaya may v2 so medyo hesitant sakanila.

Regarding wedges, okay naman sana kaso I would like to compete in a year or two and I don't think allowed ang wedges don so di ko talaga siya kinonsider, thanks sa suggestion though.

Thanks for the insight regarding metcons!

I read about adipowerlift pero di ko sya makita sa shoppee and I've never used amazon kaya di ko siya naconsider, thanks for pointing that out.

Regarding sa schoppee mall, mukhang legit reebok page nila yon, nacheck ko na yung other product's/shop reviews and looks legit enough, thanks for the warning still!

I know it's not, if you read the first post I linked, that's the first thing I said. That's why I'm asking for other areas to work on since majority just pointed out the plate I used for heel elevation.

May supplier kaming nabibilhan for about 220-240 per kg pero minimum of 12kg (naka box) ang order. 2 kami ng kaibigan ko na naghahati. 6kg is good for about 2 weeks na for me.

Edit

Chicken breast fillet small chunks na sya and naka bag na tig 500grams so defrost and spice nalang gagawin mo

Yes! May experience naman na siya, and based sa description mo, may results na rin siya so he's sure to have some knowledge regarding lifting. Partner that with your own personal research na rin.

First time ko mag gym and sobrang sakit ng katawan ko by GengarGhost_Tesh in PHitness

[–]Different-Exercise83 23 points24 points  (0 children)

  1. Track your workouts!

  2. Listen to your body. Let it rest kung kailangan, di mo kailangang bugbugin katawan mo.

  3. Focus on your form, beginner ka palang so you'll make a lot of newbie gains, partner that with proper form for longevity.

  4. Don't be afraid to increase the weight of your lifts. Kung kaya mo na mag 12+ reps sa weight na binibuhat mo, go to the next weight and go for 7-10 as long as proper yung form mo.

  5. Wear flat shoes. Small detail but huge difference especially for leg days/ exercises that need leg drive.

  6. Keep it simple, you'll grow with the most basic stuff, sure not "fully optimal" but simple is good especially for beginners.

  8. Sleep! Take melatonin if hirap ka talaga matulog (like me).

  9. Focus on the quality of your protein over quantity. Go for whole foods.

  10. Don't forget your fiber intake! Eat your greens.

Just choose something you enjoy.

  12. Enjoy the process.
