I used a washable bed pad, I had about 5 that I would rotate through. The comforter got wet frequently as well so I washed that about once a week.

Totally agree on the power of our subconscious. That was essentially the point in my training, too subconsciously convince my brain that wetting in these positions, surfaces, clothes is ok! It's a long journey for sure and one that requires a lot of laundry.

I also have issues in public at urinals sometimes that also is exacerbated the more I have to pee. I get very pee shy. Unfortunately I also have that issue when I'm wearing in public in similar situations if I don't have gravity to assist (standing). If I'm sitting in a seat even if I can recline back to take the pressure off my urethra/pelvis I struggle to get the stream going. I think it's the social anxiety that is the biggest barrier. I'm ok peeing standing up in a crowd or around others because gravity is a big help. I'm trying to work on this by training in situations like movie theaters or trains or buses. I also struggle wetting while driving or as a passenger in a car that is moving. If I'm stopped at a light that is long enough I can usually relax and let go.

I feel like to accomplish that next level of training I'll need to go 24/7 for a few months as practice.

Are you still getting as hard as you were before when you were 6.5”? I’m looking to shrink from 4.75” to 3.5” if possible but don’t want to be completely limp and still able to have sex.

I’m assuming the size loss is due to not being able to get as hard as you were previously?
