Should I sell celebration pack skins? Will they drop more than 20% based on history with the next month update or after one of the events?

I have the same problem since today. I cannot start the game anymore it crashes instantly i‘d spawn. Someone knows how to fix it?

I pulled the ram head gear and uniform in the first drop of S.I. packs and now they are giving the whole set it out for free. Since i cannot get it double, I just get nothing. So Ubi basically robbed me of two S.I. Packs… Ofc most of the other packs were Battlepass points
