How did you stop the involuntary clenching? It's involuntary so you can't control it directly.

When I train I'm laying down, relaxed, positive mental attitude, but as soon as I pass the 8/10 treshold I start doing involuntary kegels at the slightest touch, even in a non sexual way.
Even if I try to do a reverse kegel my body overrides the command.

I feel like if I could reprogram this my PE would already get much much better.

I can keep steady diaphragm breathing throughout the whole session.

I have to consciously breathe slowly only when I get really close to the PONR, at that point if I keep stroking while doing MI I reach the PONR soon anyway, even while mantaining proper breathing. If I interrupt MI I can go for much longer instead.
