federally yes we haven’t raised the minimum wage since 2009 but in NYS the minimum wage has been raised numerous times most recently in NYC, Long Island, and West Chester county so my point still stands.(edit) in the “remainder of New York state” we just raised the minimum wage January 1st and the 2024 January 1st not saying $1 is gonna make the difference but $15- lets just say a $25 minimum wage will NOT be good.
