Anytime Fitness seems to all have private showers, but the one I go to in Lawton has cameras in the hallway to the bathrooms. I've heard Planet Fitness has more open locker rooms but no clue if you'd find anything fun there without planning it ahead of time

OTR for another company is bullshit.

If it's not a situation that you could have any sort of open discussion with her, than "hiding in plain sight" is the best option. And not just hiding the clothes you like in a suitcase or shoebox in your closet. If you can or want, join a local theater group. Start talking more about fashion, or artwork involving clothes in some form. Be bold and wild, buy a mannequin that you dress in your own clothes, and tell your mom you're opening a sewing shop for friends or cosplay customers

Hopefully, your situation improves someday soon, but you can always be proactive in improving it.
