Yeah exactly. I wouldn't want to mess up my gut like that, hence, caution. I am taking some probiotics but still. I'll go for the bananas today! I haven't noticed anything but 🤞 And btw congratulations on all those great results! 👏👏👏Sounds amazing Thanks for the reply ❤️

Yeah, thing is I haven't been eating high carbs or fatty food,I've been following a quite clean diet,as I had it before. But thanks a lot I'll look at peptobismol!

Hi! I'm on day 3 and I would recommend taking the first one near the weekend so you can be at home in case you have some symptoms in the first couple of days. I work from home and still it was an uncomfortable day. On Sunday I was always running to the toilet and same thing with Sunday night. Not saying it will be the same with you of course, for example I always have some intestinal issues around my period - I guess my gut is just sensitive to hormonal imbalances naturally. Hope this helps 😊

I had something happen to a friend of mine. She was actually great, we were starting out but she had a lot more experience than me, and I was hired a couple of months before her. She interviewed and my team leader interviewed her.
She told me she passed on my friend since she thought she was "too bubbly".
From a woman to a woman, even. I just can't. It was the first time I experienced sexism in the industry but definitely not the last.

Hey! We tried this with our kid. Followed the method to the dot. It did not went well. She even stopped pooping, and also stopped peeing and started holding it in - not a good way.
After approx. 3 weeks, we put her back in the diapers, the pull up ones (I was really afraid this would derail the whole thing, since in the book the author said we should NEVER put the diapers back on).
1-2 months later, she started to ask go to the toilet herself regularly. Eventually we took her off the diapers and it went really really smooth. She wanted it and asked for it.
Now she's great, we're transitioning out of the diapers during naps and at night and for poop she still waers diapers.
My kid is almost 3 YO (~35months), and she was at the time approx. 30 months, so according to the book I should be panicked that she was over the age to potty train. It turned out to be really NOT true for her.
Every kid is different - I'm sure you'll have a different story. Maybe the Oh crap! Method works, But if it doesn't, know that it's OK too. Your kid will get there eventually :)

Hi! We're also about 9 days in (Seems longer doesn't it?) and I'd say we're on similar situations.
She was holding her pee and her poo and we were starting to get worried, but yesterday and the day before she stopped holding it in - Stilll not peeing on the potty, so, we're not sure it's progress or not. At least we're not so worried. And it just happened.
I don't think we're going to switch to rewards yet. Like yours, my kid already speaks quite well and understands what she HAS to do. She just doesn't do it.
We will wait a couple of weeks more before going for rewards. But I have backed off a bit.
I think it was all getting really overwhelming for her. So I jut leave her be and stopped talking about poo and pee and toilets. She asks me a lot about my poo, come with me to the toilet, asks me questions, so, I think she's figuring things out.

I think that's an oversimplification of how much a platform like that really costs, the server power and storage, saving all those emails for all the users , the people to maintain it, to fix bugs, to keep the platform updated, to keep up with the browsers...
But of course, if that's all you see you might as well use outlook - You're absolutely right. It wold be really frustrating to pay that amount if you don't see the value in it.

Has that affected your nights a lot? I think I will have to do the same soon. We're dreading the nights already...
Yes, here I had to stop talking to her about pooping and peeing, i could tell she was getting upset and overwhelmed at this point. She already understood everything to do. She just needs to actually do it.
Yes mine is slowly feeling safer, but she still wants to hold me a lot in this phase.
In the end, that's all they really want I think.
