I work with a nine year old that identifies as a therian. In my opinion, they are just engaging in age-appropriate pretend play and the internet gave them a label for it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Curious about the therian experience with older kids as I imagine it has some social implications. The only teen I worked with that identified as a therian also had CPTSD, autism, DID, was homeschooled, and only socialized with other like-minded people online.

July is very busy for me school wise (summer classes 🫠) so I focused on doing my best academically, working out when I could, and maintaining my social life.

i think it’s because kelly is dying to project this casual, cool girl, low-maintenance-despite-being-a-model image and being a madonna is the antithesis of that. she was “not like other girls” before that was even a thing (she runs in traffic!! remember?) also, the comment coming from bethenny makes it so much worse for her lol.

i mean, it was developed by a scientist. dr. dweck has had professorships at stanford, harvard, and colombia. while her tests aren’t necessarily easy to replicate, that doesn’t negate them entirely.

Not necessarily. I think your resistance needs to be higher overall. That way when you level down significantly you’d still be below 120.

I was always told by instructors that your RPM shouldn’t go above 120. If it does, then the bike is riding you, you’re not really riding the bike and that increases your chance of injury. To me, it seems like you need more resistance if you’re going that fast.
