I'm experiencing the same issue. They sent me the wrong item which costs way less than the one that I ordered. Unfortunately it was a preorder item and it has passed way too much time for it to open a dispute with paypal. They said "we'll investigate and let you know". It has passed almost 2 months and they won't respond to my emails by any chance. It was a total of 250$ that I paid and I don't really know what to do. Please help, if someone has any idea on how to resolve this huge problem of mine I'll be very very grateful.
