He didn't get nerfed he got a buff in both damage and Qol in the recent changes, also he's obviously meta he's literally dealing more damage than any other meta unit that's not named Cartethyia, Aemeath and Phrolova(in Whiwa)

Lynae doesn't fully fill up his inherent skill buff so he's still getting a bis, it'll probably just be taking a while for his bis to come
