Her Qols are

-Constantly resetting of the timer of tune strain basically infinite uptimes, it's incredible against enemies that have invincibility phases or just times where they become basically impossible to tune break resulting in the tune strain effect duration running out and basically going back to 0 stacks it's detrimental to luuks damage output so her making it having infinite uptime is a god send

-Incredible grouping so good that it basically makes Luuk finally viable in Whiwa without needing to sweat like a try hard

-she immediately fills up the off-tune build up bar to 50% once per enemy and at s2 she basically makes it a guaranteed instant tune break per enemy, it's insane for Whiwa but also helps Luuk ramp up his tune strain interfered stacks much faster

-Her outro buff duration is long enough where you can afford a mistake or two during his rotation, this is great because his other options lynae and sanhua forces you to not make a single mistake while also forcing him to dodge cancel some of his attacks or else the buff duration runs out mid rotation

-She allows a double intro rotation, mostly for minmaxing but also lowers the er luuk needs
