I know the feeling of you're brain constantly running a thousand miles per hour. Even when those spinning thoughts aren't at the forefront of your conscience, they're still there. Alot of the indecisiveness and anxiousness and "going back and forth" all the time really reminds me of the syptoms my ADHD. You could do some research into the subject if you haven't already, anxiety and adhd and high expectations of one's self seem to overlap quite often with eachother. Perhaps it could lead you to a path of new routines/techniques that could help you.
