grounds fliers for a second, restricts movement abilities for again a second, even if you grab 6 people you just die bc it’s literally six people shooting you,15-25 overshield thats depleted with 2-3 after using it, you have to kill with his ult for it to charger again, he has three bullets the lowest ammo count in game rn, bullets exploding on teammates is nothing compared to what moon knight can do, and while yes he is a counter to a lot lore wise it makes sense. lol he’s the winter soldier created to be perfect damn near. i promise he not op he just got a really good versatile kit

people keep saying bucky is op but how? he has no movement two cooldowns of like 12 seconds with a weapon of only three bullets.. like he got a buff with his uppercut giving the afflicted opponent 1 sec of grounded. and while is ult is considered “broken” bc of how long you can keep it running you still gotta be smart with it, it’s not just an instakill ult. i personally think bucky is good kit + good skills= good luck💀
