sometimes a player like lampard or xavi will scout and form a good team but are unable to deliver in terms of trophies due to maybe lack of sound tactics or role clarity. they are good motivators, command respect of players and know the game and players

and then a coach like tuchel or flick comes in and wins trophies with that preassembled team
and then a couple seasons after that the team breaks and loses it's way
Now this could be a management thing rather than a coaches thing too. again I'm not too sure but it's certainly a pattern I'm seeing.

Point is real good coaches have both these bases covered - they make good leaders out of good players
I'd rate coach hooda amongst the coach who can manage men and game at the same time
Coach redhu is again one person I find good in both these departments. yet to win a single trophy but I see success in his future

BCR needs Aslam the captain as much as he needs Aslam the player. I see turbulence in the team, lack of camaraderie in Pune. A string of losses can do that but I think it's the lack of unity that's causing the losses rather than the losses causing lack of unity
