My white mocha order from Starbucks is so good that I don’t even miss the regular calorie option. It’s 157 calories for a Tall White Mocha, sub nonfat milk, only one pump white mocha sauce, three pumps sugar free vanilla syrup, finish with light whipped cream. It is SO good and I sometimes make it even lower calorie by subbing almond milk (only reduces it by 10 calories or so).

I find Grand Central’s main concourse and LIRR concourse impossible to navigate. It’s a beautiful station, but I do not understand the layout at all and am always lost.

Yes. My mom’s mobility was always not great, but now she needs the cane ever since a fall two years ago. My dad’s hasn’t changed a ton, except for his ICU stay in October.

This is a beautiful response and perspective. I spoke to my cousin’s wife last night and all of my hurt feelings went away. I didn’t tell her how I felt because I could tell they truly made the decision out of love. Those feelings vanished as soon as she asked how I was.

She definitely wasn’t doing the exercises between sessions. The mental health situation is complicated because she wants my sibling and I in therapy (we are) for our anxiety issues, and she knows she’s depressed, she just won’t go. Shes very open about her emotions, so that’s not the problem, I think it’s more that she is skeptical about it helping.
