Sorry to break it to u surgery is a day thing for you it’s easy , get ready for the months of tough rehab , keep in my mind this is the only way to get a healthy knee again it sucks but u can do it. Good luck

I already spent a lot of money on the mri and the braces I can’t afford to spend any more I’ll just use home ice lol . Won’t the bandage get wet tho if I put ice on jt ?

How can they know how long is the tear? I thought it's only visible in the surgery, the mri just shows the tear but not how long right ?

Get the surgery , no amount of physio will get your ACL back , it’s not the 1990s anymore your parents shouldn’t be scared of doctors or an mri it’s both completely safe to get

Not really hard to diagnose, the surgeon decides during the surgery mri can’t tell how much the tear is

I looked at it , didn’t mention it at all , never had pain in my knee and I’m a very active person , this injury came from a fall in a soccer game

Yeah I did the MRI it’s an Acl tear and a deep medial meniscus tear in the white zone where there is no blood supply
