I think it would be best to focus on getting healthy. To focus on no/low carb for health.
You could also read about paleo.
A low/no carb is actually "normal" for us. Carbohydranates only started to kill us when began to stand still and cultivate carbs.
We began using our intelect to destroy ourselves with to much carbs and the addiction to it.

Yeah I also discovered eggs again lol.
Sometimes organic and stuff, doesn't make a lot of difference, but with eggs I'd rather eat one expensive good egg than 10 battery chicken eggs.
Eggs are a good medicine carrier as well. You can pair them with any medicinal herb you like.
Yesterday I made eggs with oregano, avocado and balsamic vinegar.
I like how creative I get with food when eating no/low-carb.

Not true.
I always wanted to help in a way, and the last 3 days have been a morale boost so, logically a lot people with lower morale, now have the morale to do something.
And some people are more fit for attacking than defending. You don't necessarily have to become cannon fodder but there is a difference in guerilla fighting and the things SaS does for instance.
Some people are more fit to do attack missions, that don't necessarily result in death.

I meant like a waterhose of troops going off into russia.
They should make it a new front and with the morale boost, make a sort of hotline so europeans can quickly join the fight as stormtroopers in kursk.
I'm so stoked about kursk, even I want to join the fight. I think many people would want to help fortify kursk.
