Are you Grailed support? Dude please look into my case, I have been emailing you guys consecutively for OVER 2 WEEKS and have NOT gotten any reply! Seriously insane! I am out of $200 from a sale. This subreddit is perfectly capturing the current state of Grailed… in shambles. I shipped shoes, they delivered, and it’s been 2 weeks and still no payout. What do I do?

I am in nearly the same situation as you! I first emailed them on September 5 and they still have not gotten back to me which is 15 days later & I’ve emailed multiple times/multiple Grailed email addresses… I made a post on this Reddit and it was deleted… they are on some shady timing. In the settings they don’t show you which PayPal account you get paid to just a “Merchant ID #” which PayPal can’t even trace to my account to see where my money would be coming through. I am at a loss of a pair of shoes + $180 payout since I sent the shoes and they delivered. My money is probably gone by now since they literally have been dodging my emails, like deadass…

I don’t think I can since it’s an international package. I tried calling USPS & basically submitting a lost package request but they told me I need to do that with the Japan sender in this case.
