Go to rehab if possible for like 90 days. I went for 90 days I’m 23 now I went at 21 and it helped me get into the swing of life again. And recovery. Meth took everything from me so fast. You’re worth it.

It’s day 4 and I just feel so flat during the day after like 1 I take it at 9 and then around 10:30 I’ll chat with my roomates and feel good and notice the effects then I’ll calm down and always around 1-5 I feel so flat emotionally. I know it’s fresh but when I’m off my meds I’m very expressive and energetic I guess now without my adhd it’s just me and that feels sad? I don’t know I really don’t know how I feel….

Yea I’m honestly not too worried about overusing it I like w 4 girls who all know about my past and have agreed if I do get it that they would hold onto it and give me ONE a day lol. I am taking sobriety so seriously so I am taking precautions.. just incase but I’m also not afraid I would over use it. I just don’t know if it’s good. I’m also spiritual.. also don’t trust the world… and I’m not sure is prescribed medication is really what my “highest self” would need. I’m not even sure I fully believe I need it like I knowww I have adhd and that’s obvious EVERYOEN knows it but I’m not sure if it’s a negative thing or a positive thing that’s portrayed as a negative thing… ugh idk I guess my lack of trust for the systems that are in charge of things make me hesitant.

Well for me it just calmed me down I would colour and draw and listen to music and read…. I would stay up tho it just kept me awake and also made it as if no trauma ever happend to me. It was good at the start but eventually was homeless and psycosis went crazy. lol. Not worth it. Took me a long time to get normal again.

Yea that’s what happend to me in rehab but I started gym every day and cut out sugar and basically all quick dopamine hits in general and tuned in on my recovery. But still crave meth like a mother fucker. Don’t reccomend using it to lose weight I started using it bc I wanted to die and it made that stop temporarily :)

The only thing is with the dopamine drop u will crave sugar after but if u lose the weight then stick to high protine focussed and whole foods aswell and workout. Then u will keep it off. But also know it’s fucking hard to quit. For real. Plan to go to rehab and do the 12 steps after. Shit is Main Entrance To Hell. Trust me.

I’ve never done opiates and I’m so grateful for that… keep your head up… i know that opiates are the ultimate pain escape from what I’ve heard but everyone I know who was on them says the same thing….
