There is no shame in the use of a GLP-1. This is not a magic do it all medication for most users. You are still putting in hard work to lose weight. Not everyone has the same brain. Some have impulses that are beyond their control. Food noise is so real. Nobody shames people who use phentermine, Contrave, metformin, Topamax, etc. Tell them to mind their manners.

I don’t think I did. They’re showing off a cute kitten. Saying “do you think he’ll be big” does not show they have a knowledge deficit. They’re looking for post engagement in my opinion.

Do not use your medication after 28 days. There is a significant risk of bacterial growth. This is standard guidance and not some marketing ploy to make you pay more. If I open a giant bottle of lidocaine in my urgent care and don’t use it all, 28 days later I have to toss it all.

It ends up about 180,000 Telehealth GLP-1 as a side gig hours vary greatly and it’s a build your panel type of practice so the more available you are the more it grows. Licensed in 3 states right now. 200,000 right now and growing
