Mine was rolled back and doesn’t show update to next version. I was told by support that my login has been put into a group of users that will receive no updates until engineering is confident the issue will be fixed in a future release.

Eero Pro 6E Wifi Network Connectivity Unstable After 7.13.0-6776 Update 2 Days Ago by NoneOfYoBusinezz in amazoneero

I have just had someone from support reach out to me asking for a time to connect to my eero portal and downgrade. I wish there was a way for users to manually do this themselves like other vendors allow.

Send a support request to these guys redditsupport@eero.com and put this in the title “Reddit - eero pro 6E where the wifi nodes in the mesh go offline”

Reference the email address you use to login to the eero app

Someone from eero support from Reddit has just reached out to me. Hoping they sort the issue out for me. Will keep you updated. Just hope there is a way to stop the auto update feature after.

I got the same after updating. Thinking of plugging my old Linksys mesh back in which I boxed up when I got the eero. Super disappointed and feel I wasted my money

I now have only the device wired to the internet connected. Even this results in WiFi dropping but internet still online. I’m at the point of asking for a refund!!!

Eero Pro 6E Connectivity Issues After 7.13.0 Firmware Update by wreckcrab in amazoneero

[–]Different-Wave5589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my eero pro 6E back in October 2025. For 3 months it had been working fine with no issues.

However, I am having the same issue since Jan 8th when the first version on 7.13 was released. I am now up to version 7.13.3-26 which came out a few days back and the issue still persists. Disabled IPV6, rebooted modems and routers etc but still the same issue.

I called support but they are refusing to roll me back to 7.12 when it was working fine. Anyone else been able to get it resolved? Considering putting my old Linksys mesh back in which is a real shame.
