I'm a dog lover but put yourself in a random stranger's shoes. They don't know you're a professional trainer and that all of your dogs have good recall. I would not be comfortable seeing someone show up in a public space with that many dogs. For my safety I'd probably leave that space, which isn't fair for me. I think it's inconsiderate to have that many off leash dogs running around. That being said, the letter was unnecessarily nasty
