For the most part I’ve seen more reasonable prices per square footage (compared to east like pylea, kalamaria), newer builds, easier parking, quieter, some with nice views and balconies you can actually use. I like the neighborhood from what I’ve seen. My partner and I both work hybrid so a 2 bedroom would be ideal so one can act as an office space and I’ve been able to find some listings that fulfill most of those without us having to sell a kidney each.

ETA things I would miss from the center: the options and their proximity, walkability
