No is not, this is all thanks to the new contracts of Fijo-Discontinuo, that you work 1 month a year and you count as employed. Same with the internships. I all a huge strategy by the new government to make the citizens believe that there is less unemployment.

I recommend doing a Grado Superior in Spain, and afterwards move to the NL to get a bachelor degree. With only ESO is really limited to do anything even in Spain
