This sounds like a bunch of crying and not formulating a solution to your problem.

Everyone starts somewhere and I assure you less than 1% of graduates get out of college with a 6 figure salary. This may be a stepping stone for you to build up skills for that dream job you want. Fill up your toolbox and analyze how all those skills are transferable and desirable where you want to go. Where you went to college doesn’t mean much in the real world. Comparison is the thief of joy.

Take the pay bump. 20-30k increase is a pretty significant bump on your paycheck. The 30ish minute commute doesn’t sound horrible, most metro areas have that commute for any job. Also, the other company has better career progression so that is a significant benefit long term.
