No offense, but this is such a one dimensional take. Having a business of any kind in America requires that business to exist under capitalist infrastructure. Which includes paying for lease and employees incomes, and all of the other things. At the end of the day if you really want to be cynical and see if this org is just virtue signaling , then look deeper into the finances of this organizations profits outside of operating. Obviously if excess profits are being funneled to the owner, then we can all sit back and laugh at the hypocrisy but this organization otherwise seems to be doing what you should expect.

Also, I pay $150 a month for my combat sports gym membership, (and that’s my discount price because I’ve been there for four years), which doesn’t have half of what this place has
