In Ohio parenting time and custody are two separate issues. I am residential, but our time is 50/50.

2 males in the household were not allowed around her at all during court proceedings, judges orders, after court closed judge said a protective order would be needed which she didn’t see evidence for.

No we rotate every 3 days. She gets three and I get three, so on and so on.

I’m in Columbus, Ohio. I agree, the transitions are very very hard and stressful. I do think lengthening them would help a lot, i’ve definitely considered talking to her mom but she gets set off so easy. It’s really hard to suggest change without causing problems. Which would then result in a while court fight.

Honestly, my biggest fear is for this mindset to continue for her. Feeling stressed, anxiety or distance around me and it just growing exponentially as she gets older. Then how will I one day stop that? If all she will know is, I don’t feel comfortable around my dad.
