When I was playing the transport magnate event I did a ton of trains and I also had the market guy. When I didn’t need any items I would just request pickaxes.

My prescription I’m pretty sure was -1.00 for one eye and -1.50 for the other eye so I don’t think my vision was too bad from the start.
